The purpose of this study is to investigate when salespeople comply with price recommendations, what might shift compliance, and possibly how compliance could be encouraged. The goal: How do humans react to price recommendations and how do they negotiate with those recommendations.
MRD focuses on helping Prof. Yael in identifying patterns that can foster this research. MRD has a pool of data in pricing negotiation patterns which is currently playing a beneficial role in this research. MRD focuses on the prediction in the tool, and Prof. Yael focuses on how the tool can be used by the end consumer.
